Connect to Community was pleased to welcome Lisa Lew, Clearbrook Service Facilitator, as the featured speaker at our January 9, 2015, Friday Forum event.
Speaking about the Home Based Services Program, Lisa explained the differences between the adult waiver and the children's waiver, the services covered by each waiver, and the process for obtaining funding. She also answered audience questions and provided other useful resources for staying informed about the programs and services offered by the Department of Human Services Division of Developmental Disabilities.
