Palatine Township

Connect to Community was honored to receive $2,000 from Palatine Township and its Human Needs Committee to help finance our Educational Outreach initiative.

Programming includes our monthly Friday Forum seminars held at the Palatine Library, monthly Informational Tours, and an annual Transition Summit, all of which provide valuable information and resources to the families of young adults with developmental disabilities as well as area educators and service providers.
