Connect to Community was honored to receive a $1,000 community grant from the Rotary Club of Buffalo Grove to create Job Success Guides for our Customized Employment initiative. As more and more of our job seekers find employment, we saw the need for additional tools to promote employee success and longevity as supports shift from our CTC Employment Specialists to the family. Thank you to the Buffalo Grove Rotarians for recognizing the importance of employment for young adults with disabilities and for supporting our Customized Employment initiative.
Our Employment Specialists Beth Dowd and Dawn Goerger were proud to represent CTC in accepting the check from President-Elect Shawn Collins and Director Nadine (Deenie) Pomilia at their club meeting on August 24. We are so grateful for their support!
