Connect to Community was honored to receive a grant from the Rotary Club of Palatine to help fund our educational outreach events for families. Events include monthly Friday Forums held at the Palatine Library, monthly Informational Tours and an annual Transition Summit. Mary Hanson and Barb Tobias represented CTC at the Allocation Event at Falcon Park Recreation Center in February and we were proud to be among all the fantastic organizations that were recognized this year.
